Economic Activity Parks (PAEs) represent a crucial territorial asset for local economic development. Apart from their urban, heritage, and real estate value, they are spaces that host a significant portion of the productive fabric of our municipalities and serve as a key competitiveness factor for businesses located there.

The objective of this program is to establish a regional working model for attracting investments from all perspectives:

  • One Stop Shop (OSS) Services: advisory service in the areas of public-private financing mechanisms for companies with the aim of boosting business growth programs and facilitating access to funding.
  • Penedès Territorial Information System (SIT): interactive collection of regional resources for individuals and businesses.
  • Fostering Penedès Growth Program: a program designed to anticipate the restructuring processes of companies in the region through the implementation of an "aftercare" plan system.
  • En Xarxa Penedès: public-private governance network of the economic promotion and employment service strategy, facilitating the implementation of projects.

This project is subsidized by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia under the Program for Innovative and Experimental Projects. It is also co-financed by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy - State Public Employment Service.

Results presentation - 2023
A catalog of spaces where various entrepreneurs can share facilities and common services to develop their professional projects independently while fostering joint initiatives that enable the creation of new economic activities. This supports new forms of work that prioritize space flexibility, sustainability, talent, and the importance of community.
